Technician didn't came after having an appointment
I have recently got the Fibre connection with SFR, technician came to install and didn't fixed the wire at walls properly. Even after complaining SFR 3 times it is not fied yet.
Even the appointment I received, the technician didn't showed up.
Could you please let me know whom to contact to get this done.
