No phone

Hi , have been trying to change my modem for 6 months now , Internet good but no landline , can anyone help me , tried to change with technical support , they agree it's the modem , but cannot get it exchanged.

What was the reason they couldn't exchange it ? 


Try again to contact someone by social media pages (Facebook ou Twitter). You have to answer them if you can send your equipment cause it doesn't work, and then follow these steps to do it.
