I made an order with SFR for fiber and mobile sim card.
Unfortunately I wasn't in France when the equipmet arrived to the local shop..
Now it has been returned.
What do I do now?
I tried calling 1023 - but they would not help me, as I do not speak French wery well.
I dont want to cancel my subscription - I just wat my equipment.

Indeed, SFR is above all a French brand and only speaks French (or not only) to telephone customer services. However, SFR has other customer contact solutions that are very easy and above all free of charge, such as the use of Facebook or Twitter.

Be careful, a French answering machine will ask you if you are a mobile or fixed customer. In your case, in French says this " Je suis un client fixe, je souhaite obtenir des informations sur une commande qui a été returné alors que je n'étais pas disponible, comment faire ? S'il vous plaît ? "
Translate in English : I am a permanent customer, I would like to obtain information on an order that has been returned when I was not available, how to do so? Please? Please?

I'll let you know about my progress.
When I initially found out, that I would be away during the delivery I was told that I should cancel my order - and make a new one.
I did that - but unfortunately someone from SFR called me and told, that she would either resend it or extend the time it was in the pickup shop.
So I cancled the cancellation - my fault.
Now I have applied for a new cancellaton.
I'll keep you posted.

I tried Dan921's link and the suggested translator- which worked fine
Was very helpful and said that the cancellation was made.
They told med to follow this link: https://www.sfr.fr/resiliation.html
I have to pay and another fee to get my equipment.
I should have stayed with my first cancellation.
