ENGLISH Drop in Internet speed regulary

Bonjour

Hope someone can help me in EnglishSmiley heureux

 

I have a "so called" 100 Mb/s line. Normally it runs between 20 and 40 Mb/s, which is OK for my needs.

 

From time to time the connection drops to less than 3 Mb/s, and everythin(streaming, playing etc)  stops.

After 5 - 10 min it is normal again.

 

It happens (almost?) every day - most often between 4PM and 10PM.

 

How can I have normal and stable Internet again?

 

 

I have tried calling 1023 - but they don't speak English.

what can we do ? 

You're connected in wifi or ethernet ? 

Do u have neighbors with the same problem with SFR câble ? 

where do you kive ?

is it a problem inide your home ?

I am the only one on the fiber in the building (in Nice).

It is the same problem with both Ethernet and WiFi.

 

Most likely "my part" of the fiber net is being down prioritised. This can easily be adjusted by SFR (under normal circumstances)

 

I know tha users of the Forum probably can't help, but it is my only possibility to get in contact with SFR in English.

 

I have tried 1023, 1026 and a number of SFR-shops but English seems to be a challange for SFR.

 

Any other ideas where to contact SFR in English?

In have tried to contact SFR on Twitter with a poor result.

 

But I agree - it is worth another try.
