No Internet Connection Available (Eng)

My internet has not been working for 2 weeks. It started off with intermittent wifi, then it completely stopped working.

 

Steps I have done:

 

- Off/on device

- Reset modem

- went to 192.168.1.1

- tested modem - it is working

- went to check wifi congestion and tried on the channel that has lowest no (Configuration under Wifi Tab)

 

All did not work.

Welcome to the SFR Forum !

 

Indeed, I think it is either a problem with your SFR line, or the socket that allows you to have / get internet is defective.

 

In your case, I will try to contact SFR customer service by message (not by phone, he doesn't speak English, I think), but on Facebook or Twitter.
