Hello
I am a client and i had a problem.. so i called the customer service and they gave this number
‭0805 770 194‬ at 04:46 p.m
I asked if they can speak english and a lady told me no.. i speak little french so i tried to explain my problem.
She asked me to wait a few minutes
After that a man talked to me.. i told him that my french is not very well
He said something that i did not understand so i said
“Je ne ai pas bien compris “
And he hang up the phone while i was taking
In our culture this is considered a big insult..
Not only that he did not solve my problem
He insulted me..
